I’m still trying to get the galleries to work right. I haven’t had much time to maintain it lately. Sarah is requiring all of my attention which, is wonderful for me. I dread the days where she will tell me to leave her alone and how she wants her privacy.

I’m soaking up all the mother/daughter attention I can right now, I know it won’t last.

I would like to get the site completely up and running this weekend but, we’ll just see how that goes…

Last night, after being booted off of WoW due to the new patch update, I decided to watch The Mist.

Being an avid fan of Stephen King, I wanted to see how bad they would mangle it. I read the story many, many moons ago and, I think I will read it again after seeing the movie.

With the exception of The Green Mile, this was one of the best adaptation’s of King’s work. Most movies that are formed from his books, are mangled all to hell or, chunks of it are left out.

This one however, was beautifully done. It scared the hell out of me, and what’s more ironic, it wasn’t the monsters that scared me. It was the normal, everyday people who are forced into a pressure cooker situation, and go completely insane that scared me.

This is a great movie and I’m glad I finally got a chance to see it.

So, my hubby and I went to the video store the other day. As I was looking at all the catchy covers of DVD’s, one of them jumped off the shelf, grabbed me around the neck, and screamed “You want me! Rent me!”, so I did.

I try not to judge anything by it’s cover because usually, I end up disappointed. However, this one particular movie I snagged, was an obscure gem among the traditional chick flicks, teen slashers, and ball busting action.

The name of the movie is Casshern and it came out in 2004. I’m really upset that I didn’t see it sooner.

It was better than all three Matrix’s put together. The ending didn’t make you feel like you wanted to jab a pencil in your own eye, for paying six bucks to see it. The plot was beautifully woven together along with the breathtaking scenery.

It was like watching old school japanime with live action style. I just can’t piece the words together except for one famous quote by Keanu Reeves (in almost every damn movie he’s been in), “Whoa!” That pretty much sums up this movie.

If you haven’t seen it, you definitely should.

Still trying to fix the gallery. I downloaded litebox the other night, figuring it would be easier than all that coding.

Unfortunately, I forgot how to actually code it into everything so, I’m going to have my good ole’ geeky hubby help me with that.

Just a few more tweaks and it should be rearing to go. I’m going to pass out now….

I am showing some sign of progress on here. I’ve been working on this most of the night so, that should count for something.

Trying to get back into the swing of things “code” wise isn’t easy. I had to make myself remember how to edit style sheets, I haven’t done it in so long.

I was listening to some music tonight and got this great idea to subject you all to it.

Good idea or bad idea?

Well, here’s the deal. If you have little kids in the room some of these songs, ok let me rephrase that, most of these songs won’t be appropriate. I really am not a freak, anymore, that you know of.

I listen to very weird stuff and I don’t know why I like it, but I do. So, heed the warning. The playlist below is rated R.

Don’t e-mail me saying “My kid heard this song on your site and I can’t believe you listen to that filth, blah blah blah.” cause’ I will just laugh in your face and, ask you why you weren’t monitoring what sites your child visits.

With that said and done, enjoy the tunes and I’ll try and get more done here.

I forgot how tedious working on a website can be. It’s been a while for me since WoW (World of Warcraft) came into my life.

The colors are hideous right now but I’m working on it, I hope to have it done by the end of the week.

I was so tired yesterday, I was up for over 28 hours due to bad storms in our area, and my daughter not wanting to take a nap at all.

I think yesterday was the first time I didn’t log into WoW to play at all. It’s kind of scary when all your online friends start asking where you were.

Anywho, I’m going to try and get the main page looking halfway decent, before I start working on the galleries.

I will be fixing and tweaking this within the next couple of days.

I’ll be adding a photography and digital manipulation gallery and blogging about this and that.

I’ve been up for over 24 hours so not much will change tonight.
